SHIPPING & HANDLING
A confirmation e-mail will be sent within 24 hours of your order receipt. The email will include the estimated shipping day and a confirmation of your address and order. Once your order has been processed, packages generally ship the following day. Larger orders may require additional lead times so please contact us immediately if you have any questions on your shipment date.
Domestic ShippingShipping and handling is calculated based on weight of the items ordered and your location. I send all packages via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. USPS Express shipping is available at an extra fee. Please note the shipper will require a signature on receipt of your Express package.
All international orders must be paid through Paypal in U.S. dollars. Orders are only sent to confirmed addresses. Packages are shipped through USPS Global Priority. The buyer is responsible for any import fees on the items.
Insurance & Other Shipping Options
Insurance is calculated into the price of shipping for fragile items and orders over $100. For additional shipping options, such as signature confirmation, insurance on non-fragile items, or other services, please contact us at email@example.com for a quote on additional fees.
Damage During Shipment
If a package arrives with damaged goods, please let us know within one week of receipt and include photos. Please inform us of the problems within one month of receipt/ordering so we can deal with the situation in a timely manner. Any issues not brought to our attention within this time frame may not be eligible for a full refund.
When your order is received, I will confirm the order and the shipping date by e-mail. If your package has not arrived within one week of shipment, please let us know! We will follow up with the shipper to get the situation resolved. Any issues not brought to our attention within one month of shipment may not be eligible for a full refund.
All sales are final. Customized items are non-returnable so be sure to double-check your spelling and work to make sure it's what you want. For our non-customized items, If a return is made, the buyer is responsible for any shipping fees. Returns must be made within two weeks of the order being received. Original purchase price minus a 10% re-stocking fee will be refunded once the item is received in its original condition. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
